A new report entitled “International Guidelines - Pressure Ulcer Prevention: Prevalence and Incidence in Context" was recently released. It is to be introduced at the Biennial Conference of the National Pressure Ulcer Advisory Panel.

Older Americans Month began with a presidential proclamation in 1963 and has been proclaimed every month since.

The report titled Older Americans Update 2006: Key Indicators of Well-Being has been released. The report is an effort of the Federal Interagency Forum on Age-Related Statistics. It contains information on 37 key indicators that portray aspects of the lives of older Americans and their families.
