What it is:

Nursing Resources International, Inc. (NRI) specializes in the recruitment of registered nurses from the Phillippines, India and other foreign countries to work in the United States for employers in need of their services. NRI also recruits and provides physical therapists, clinical laboratory technicians and other health care professionals.

NRI provides a seamless service to clients including long-term care providers, rehabilitation facilites, hospitals and other health care providers. NRI clients can insualte themselves against the nursing shortage, which is projected to become much worse over the next eight to 10 years. Many organizations predict that the shortage will exceed 1 million nurses in the U.S. by 2020.

NRI maintains offices in Manila, Phillippines and Kochi, India to recruit, prepare and trrain foreign nurses to work in the U.S. market. Our services include all immigration paperwork, arrangement of travel to the U.S., preparation for nurse licensure examination (NCLEX) and English language examination.

Nurses sign a multi-year employmnt agreemetn with the sponsoring facility ensuring the facility a good return on its investment in bringing the sponsored nurse to the country.
