As an important component of the overall government affairs program, the Health Care Council of Illinois (HCCI) is actively involved in the regulatory process in the development, response and interpretation of both federal and state agency regulations. HCCI represents the joint regulatory interests of both the Illinois Council on Long Term Care and the Illinois Health Care Association.
