Day 1 of this course will focus solely on material covered on the NAB Exam. The session will cover federal laws and regulations, and present basic principles of leadership and management, human resources, finance, and physical environment, as well as resident care and quality of life.
Day 2 will focus on materials covered on the state supplemental exam, primarily the Illinois licensing rules for skilled nursing facilities.
Study materials for this course will be provided to you. After you register for this virtual review course, IHCA will send you digital copies of the review guides and other materials that will assist you in your preparation for your examinations.
