Programs

The Illinois Health Care Association (IHCA) and Illinois Center for Assisted Living (ICAL) offer a variety of programs to assist members in their daily endeavors, to help develop leaders within the long term care profession, to recognize the hard work and dedication of long term care center staff and more. 

IHCA Excellence Awards​
The Annual IHCA Excellence Awards Program (formerly the Annual IHCA Awards) recognizes the outstanding work going on in long term care centers around Illinois every day. IHCA made a number of changes to our awards program last year in order to better serve our members and give them the opportunity to be recognized not only for the accomplishments of their staff, but of their centers as a whole as well. There are two seperate pieces to the IHCA Excellence Awards--the IHCA Excellence Awards-Staff & Specialty and the IHCA Excellence Awards-Long Term Care Centers. Click here for more information. 

IHCA Preferred Vendors Program
IHCA members enjoy exclusivity within the Association. Our IHCA Preferred Vendors are an elite group of Associate Member companies who offer members specialty products or services that are not widely accessible, or they answer specific, special needs of the IHCA membership. Click here for more information.
