Temporary Nursing Assistant Program

The Temporary Nurse Assistant Program (TNA) program consists of 16 total hours of education and on-the-job training, which must be successfully completed. The 8 hour classroom education is the AHCA 8 hour training, which must be proctored by an RN at a facility and/or an alternate location provided by the employer. The 8 hour on-the-job training may include job shadowing and mentoring by any RN. Please refer to the program documents below.
