SPRINGFIELD, IL – The Illinois Health Care Association (IHCA) and the Health Care Council of Illinois (HCCI) has terminated its Memorandum of Understanding merger agreement effectively immediately. IHCA informed its members of the merger with HCCI at its 74th Annual Convention and Expo in Peoria, IL, followed by a press release from HCCI the following week.
