Important Speaker Information
Dates to Remember
- September 4, 2026 – Presentations and additional handouts due
- September 7, 2026 – Deadline to book rooms in IHCA Convention block
- September 22, 2026 – Speaker Check-In opens (Concierge Desk at the Embassy Suites Conference Center)
- September 22, 2026 – Opening Session (8 - 10 am)
- September 22 & 23, 2026 – Breakout Sessions
- October 31, 2026 – Invoices/Statements of Professional Services due to IHCA
Presentations/Handouts
IHCA does not provide printed handouts for attendees. Presentations and handouts must be submitted to IHCA no later than September 4, 2026.
Speaker Compensation
The agreed upon compensation can be found on each speaker’s Speaker Agreement. To receive compensation, presenters must submit an invoice or a completed Statement for Professional Services form for all expenses, including honoraria. Receipts must be submitted for travel expenses to receive reimbursement. All invoices/Statements for Professional Services, as well as receipts/supporting documentation, must be received by IHCA no later than October 31, 2026.
