Last year, the IHCA Convention & Expo sold out weeks in advance. Nearly 400 attendees, representing the entire continuum of long term care and a number of different disciplines (administrators, nurses, social workers, QIDPs and more) were on site in East Peoria for our annual event. This year, we have added another meeting room, opening more space for attendees!
With a wide variety of sponsorships available at convention—from a message sent to all attendees through the event mobile app ($75) or putting your logo on one of the Expo Entrance signs (1/4 sign-$100, 1/2 sign-$200, full sign-$400), to Beverage Station Sponsorships ($1500) or our Keynote Address Sponsor ($6,000), there is an option for every budget!

Overall Convention Program Sponsor | $2,500
The Convention Program (5.5x8.5) is included in attendee materials. It includes session information, event details, a list of sponsors and exhibitors, venue information and more. The Convention Program is a go-to guide for event participants! The Overall Program Sponsorship includes the sponsor logo on the front cover, and a full-page ad on the back cover.
Convention Tote Bags - Exclusive | $2,000
Your logo could be front and center with our exclusive Convention Tote Bag Sponsorship! All participants receive a convention tote bag containing their materials (Convention Program, Exhibitor Guide, etc.) when they check in at the Registration Desk. As the exclusive sponsor, your logo will be featured on the front of each bag, along with the IHCA logo and name of the event.
Beverage Station Sponsorship | $1,500
Beverage stations will be available in multiple locations (near breakout session rooms at the Conference Center and Hotel) all day Tuesday and Wednesday. These stations will include coffee and water all day, with the addition of hot tea in the mornings iced tea in the afternoons. Beverage Station Sponsorships (4 available) will include disposable cups or napkins with the sponsor logo on them in addition to signage at each station.
All sponsorships include signage and a “sponsored by” mention where appropriate as well as inclusion in any sponsor lists that are published in relation to the event.
