This much-anticipated event features educational sessions covering a wide range of pertinent topics, as well as exhibits demonstrating the latest technology and services in the profession. Continuing education credits are offered for administrators, social workers, licensed nurses, certified dietary managers, physical therapists and qualified intellectual disabilities professionals.

Flexible Registration Options.

The IHCA Convention and Expo offers the most cost-effective way to educate and motivate your staff.

 

All registrations include access to any educational sessions they wish to attend, the expo, complimentary lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and entrance to Convention events. Additionally, a complimentary breakfast is available at the Convention hotel (Embassy Suites in East Peoria) each morning.

Note: The early registration deadline is August 14, 2026.

 

REGISTRATION OPTIONS

Group Registrations

  • Facility: Long term care facilities may pay a single fee to register a group of individuals. Registrants must be facility staff to qualify, and each facility is required to complete their own separate registration. Corporate office employees cannot register under a facility name. Facilities can select either a small-group registration (up to 10 individuals) or a large-group registration (11-20 individuals). There is a $100 charge for each additional person after the first 20.

 

  • ID/DD 16-bed and under facility: IHCA member ID/DD 16-bed and under facilities may pay a single fee to register a group of individuals from a group of two to four facilities that have the same administrator/resident services director. They can select either a small-group registration (up to 10 individuals) or a large-group registration (11-20 individuals). There is a $100 charge for each additional person after the first 20.

 

  • Corporate office: IHCA member and non-member multi-facility corporate offices may pay a single fee to register a group of individuals. Registrants must be corporate office staff to qualify. Facility employees cannot register under a corporate office name. Corporate offices can select either a small-group registration (up to 10 individuals) or a large-group registration (11-20 individuals). There is a $100 charge for each additional person after the first 20.

 

  • Individual Registration: Individuals may register on their own for the entire event. One-day registrations are not available.

 

  • Exhibitor: Registration for up to two (2) booth personnel are included with a booth reservation. Exhibitors will need to register their personnel for their badges through the online registration system.

 

Convenient Location.

This year’s event will be held exclusively at the Embassy Suites by Hilton East Peoria Riverfront Hotel & Conference Center. All Convention sessions and events will be held in this location, with breakout sessions on both the Conference Center and Hotel sides of the property.
