T​hank you for participating in our first VIRTUAL Convention & Expo.  Things this year are definitely different and I really appreciate everyone being so patient as we build the virtual expo.  I know there are a lot of questions regarding the virtual show and I hope this email will help to answer some of those questions.
 
When will you get to view your booth?  You will not be able to preview your booth until late next week.  Building each booth is very labor & time intensive.  Once they are complete, log in information will be sent to the sales contact you listed on the contract.  This log in is used for anyone from your company that will be working in your booth. Share the log in information with all those that will be working in the booth.  If you do not need CEs or want to attend sessions you will not need an individual log in.  That brings me to my next subject...
 
Individual registration.  If you are working in your company's booth and you plan to attend live sessions or need CEs you will need to register yourself.  If you click here, you will be taken to the exhibitor registration platform.  It will ask you for the Sales contact's email address (if you don't know who the sales contact is, please check the booth contract).  Then it will ask for the registrant's first name, last name and unique email address to the registrant.  Remember, you only need to register as an individual if you plan to attend sessions or need CEs.
 
So how does this all work?  Our platform company will be providing you all with a brief video on all the aspects of your booth.  Any one working in the booth will need to view this video and make themselves familiar with how it works.  The LIVE chat will take place from noon until 1 pm on the following days:

You are welcome to be "in" your booth whenever you like but we have advertised these dates and times to the attendees of when the companies should be available if they have questions.  There is a guest book where attendees can enter their contact information.  You will receive a report at the end of convention with the contact information of all those that signed your guest book.  If you want to give a prize away, you can always tell attendees what you are giving away and ask them to sign your guestbook for a chance to win a prize.
 
Lastly, a pre-attendee list will be sent out via email on Thursday, September 10 OR Friday, September 11.  You will also receive a post-attendee list probably the first week of October.
