In the ever-changing regulatory environment in Illinois, understanding the rules and regulations that facilities are required to operate under is a major undertaking. IHCA strives to not only help our members understand these regulatory issues, but to assist in resolving operational and survey issues for our members as well. Our Public Policy staff is experienced and knowledgeable in the regulatory arena and works to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with representatives from key state agencies regarding pertinent long term care issues.

AHCA LTC Trend Tracker – AHCA’s LTC Trend Tracker program enables long term and post-acute care providers access to important information that can help their centers succeed. An AHCA member exclusive benefit, this tool allows users to examine information about their center and compare it with other centers in their area, or across the nation. This is an excellent resource to help aid with quality control and improvement.
