The 73rd Annual Illinois Health Care Association (IHCA) Convention and Expo will be here before you know it. This informative and fun-filled four-day event is crafted with long term care providers, and the vendors who work with them, in mind. The slogan for this year’s event is Reaching for the Top. As the long term care profession moves forward in the post-pandemic era, care providers strive each day to provide top quality care for the individuals they serve and this theme was chosen to honor these dedicated individuals.

Exhibitor Kit

Excel Decorators, Inc. is providing the Expo services for this year’s event. They will be able to provide you with various equipment and supplies you may need for your booth, in addition to what is already provided for you in your booth. Once you are registered as an Exhibitor you will receive an email from Excel with more information, but if you would like to see what products and services they have to offer, please click here. 

If you would like to order electric services for your booth, that can be arranged through the Expo venue, the BOS Center. Click here for the order form.

Exhibitor Registration/Name Badges

Registration is now open for exhibitor booth personnel! Registration for five (5) booth personnel is included with your exhibit booth. If you would like to register more than five individuals, there is a $50 fee for each additional person.
 
In order to register your booth personnel, you will need the email address of the Main Contact listed on your company’s booth contract. You can find that information here. After you have entered the Main Contact's email address, be sure to enter the number of personnel you are registering and that the company name is correct. If your company name cannot be found, it has not been entered into the database yet but will be soon. Please check back.

Deadline to register your booth personnel for name badges is Friday, September 8.
 

Exhibitor Check-In will be located in the Main Hall (arena) of the BOS Center near the bay doors where exhibitors can load in.
